Kampot white pepper comes from a Spicebar partner farm in Cambodia, Kampot state. They are obtained by picking perfectly ripe pepper berries and soaking them for a long time until the red skins have come off.
The hard work to get the perfect white pepper is worth it - these peppers have a milder flavor with a hint of citrus, unlike the usual slightly smoky white pepper taste.
